ENYO presents a tactical puzzle experience framed within a roguelike structure, where direct confrontation is impossible. You control a descendant of the Greek goddess Enyo, tasked with clearing rooms of enemies without the ability to strike them down conventionally. Success hinges on manipulating the environment using two core tools: a chain hook for pulling foes and a shield for pushing them. Each level becomes a lethal chessboard where positioning is everything, demanding foresight to use hazards like spikes, lava pits, and walls to eliminate all adversaries and progress.

Core Mechanics and Environmental Mastery

The gameplay loop is defined by indirect combat and spatial reasoning. Every move must be calculated, as enemies possess their own behaviors and attack patterns. Archers will fire if you align with them, and reptilian bombers deploy explosives that detonate after a turn, adding layers of temporal strategy. The objective is always clear: eradicate every enemy in the room to unlock the exit. This requires experimenting with weapon combinations—pulling an enemy into a trap, shielding one into another to cause chain reactions, or using the environment itself as the primary weapon. The visual design employs a clear, tactical aesthetic with detailed character sprites and environments that communicate interactive elements instantly, ensuring the focus remains on strategic planning.
